What Is Owner’s Representation?

Owner’s representation (Owner’s Rep) is an independent advisory role that supports owners during design and construction by providing technical insight, field observation, and coordination support.
Unlike contractors or construction managers, an owner’s representative works solely in the owner’s interest. Helping ensure that scope, schedule, and quality expectations are clearly understood and executed.
